    Natural essential oils are highly concentrated and should be handled with care.

    -Be sure to dilute all essential oils in a carrier oil before applying to skin. 5-6 drops to an ounce of carrier oil is a safe dilution.  

    -Please note that we do not sell oils to be ingested, we do not recommend taking internally.
